D3 Luxe Events provides delivery and pickup services for rental orders. Our standard combined Delivery & Pickup Fee is $50 for event locations within 20 miles of our warehouse/storage facility.

For locations more than 20 miles away, an additional $1.50 per mile will be charged for each mile beyond the initial 20-mile radius.

Mileage is calculated based on the one-way distance from our warehouse/storage facility to the event location.

For locations more than 60 miles away, a custom Delivery & Pickup Fee may apply based on the event location, order size, equipment requirements, labor, and scheduling.

Yes. The Delivery & Pickup Fee is one combined fee that covers the delivery of your rental items to the event location and the subsequent pickup of those items.
